Cancellations: accepted within 24 hours of order or if customer and shop both agree. 

Refunds: We do not accept returns or refunds on personalized items. We do our best to work with you every step of the design process to receive a beautiful product.

Damaged items: If there is damage during delivery, please contact shipping company (USPS/UPS)
