Shipping policy

We strive to have all products shipped in 3-10 business days after ordering, depending on the personalization of products, communication speed, and quantity. 

Our products are guaranteed to be shipped via USPS or UPS, and we always provide tracking numbers. Once shipped, if the buyer has issues (ie. lost package, delayed shipment, etc), they should submit a claim using the carrier's tracking number. 

Due to the personalization of our products which often requires communication, shipping times are not concrete. Please specify when ordering if there is a date you need your products by and make sure to respond quickly to correspondence regarding customization. We will always try to adhere to these timelines if reasonable and if we are not able to fulfill the items, we will offer a full refund.
